# Applications (s6 CLI)

The `s6` command discovers runnable modules under `s6.app` and dispatches
to their `main()` functions. Use `s6 --list` to explore what’s available, or
invoke a command directly as `s6 <command> [args]`.

Tip: Every command can also be run with Python directly, e.g.
`python -m s6.app.<command> [args]`.
